If it requires extensive bench testing or component replacement, we provide an itemized digital custody receipt before taking it to our local workshop.
Service Territory & Travel Limits
Our primary service territory covers a 15-mile travel radius centered in Hendersonville, NC—including Flat Rock, Laurel Park, Fletcher, Mountain Home, and Etowah. Service within this zone is covered by our flat $15 travel fee ($45 total with initial 1-hour diagnosis).
For calls beyond our standard 15-mile radius (such as South Asheville, Brevard, Saluda, or Mills River), extended service is available on request with a transparent mileage travel surcharge quoted upfront.
